Web design was one of my favorite courses in grad school. I love designing and developing websites. However, when it comes to graphic design, I am self- taught and I try to improve each day with the help of online resources – tools and tutorials.
A few weeks ago on ALO, I shared 5 design tools that have been really useful in streamlining my design process. Head over here to find out what they are – 5 Useful tools for designers!
What tools do you use for your blog design?

  • Hi Chaitra, I wanted to ask you about how do you manage to write both here on your own blog and on ALO. I mean, how do you decide which content to publish in each blog? I've been invited to participate in something similar and I was thinking that if I write a post, is because I think it's good enough to share it on my blog, so I don't know if it's worth it sharing it on a 'communitary blog'. On the other hand, I like what you do by creating a post on your own blog that links to the post in ALO.
What is your experience in this? Thanks πŸ™‚
